Efektivitas Model Problem Based Learning Berbantuan Trigo App Dalam Pencapaian Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis Siswa

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) berbantuan Trigo App untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu (1) utuk mengetahui rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang diajar dengan model PBL berbantuan Trigo App lebih baik daripada rata-rata kelas yang diajar dengan menggunakan pembelajaran langsung (2) untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model PBL berbantuan Trigo App mencapai KKM (3) untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan model PBL berbantuan Trigo App. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen, bentuk penelitian quasi experimental dengan non-equivalent control group design. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sample. Dengan sampel kelas X MIPA SMA 1 Gebog. Instrumen yang digunakan peneliti berupa instrumen tes, yaitu pretest dan posttest. Adapun analisis statistik yang akan dilakukan yaitu uji t dua sampel saling bebas, uji t satu sampel, dan uji t dua sampel saling berkorelasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang diajar dengan model PBL berbantuan Trigo App lebih baik daripada rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran langsung. 2) rata-rata nilai kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas eksperimen sudah mencapai KKM 75.  3) rata-rata kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa lebih baik setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa pembelajaran dengan model PBL berbantuan Trigo App. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran PBL berbantuan Trigo App efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas X MIPA pada materi trigonometri.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Trigo App to improve students mathematical problem solving skill. The aims of this study are (1) to find out the average mathematical problem solving skill of students who are taught by PBL models assisted by Trigo App is better than the average class taught by direct learning (2) to determine the mathematical problem solving skill of students who follow learning with the PBL models assisted by Trigo App reaches the KKM (3) to find out the differences in students mathematical problem solving skill before and after the PBL model assisted by Trigo App  applied. This type of research uses quantitative research with experimental methods, the form of quasi experimental research with non-equivalent control group design. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Sample is the students of class X MIPA SMA 1 Gebog. The instrument used by the research was a test , namely pretest and posttest. The statistical analyze to be carried out is the independent sample t-test, one sample t-test, and dependet sample t-test. Based on the results of the study, 1) the average mathematical problem solving skill of students who were taught using the PBL model assisted by Trigo App was better than students who were taught using by direct learning. 2) the average value of mathematical problem solving skill of experimental class has reached KKM. 3) the average mathematical roblem solving skill of students is better after being given treatment in the form of learning with the PBL model assisted by Trogo App. The conclusion of this study is that the PBL model assisted by Trigo App is effective in improving the mathematical problem solving skill of class X MIPA students on trigonometry material.
